Training «Risk management at the University»

In order to develop a culture of risk management in society, the strategy department organized a training on July 1, 2022 on the topic «Risk management at the University». Coach - Sadykova Assel Maratovna, business coach, EMBA, Cima Adv Dip MA. EMBA, Executive MBA in risk management.

Top management of the University, directors of educational institutions and structural divisions, as well as their employees, who are risk holders, were invited to the training.

In the first part of the training, issues such as: why risk management is necessary, the risk management process and the culture of risk management in society, principles of risk management, risk management participants, risk identification and assessment, ways to mitigate the consequences of risk were discussed.

In the second, practical part of the training, participants filled out a report form for identifying risks, learned to develop an action plan for mitigating (mitigating) risks, and fill out a risk register.

At the end of the training, participants were awarded certificates.
