Meeting of the management of Abai University with the delegation from Marmara University (Turkey)

On June 22, 2022, Abai University hosted a meeting of the University management headed by the Chairman of the Board - Rector Darkhan Bilyalov with the delegation of Marmara University (Istanbul, Turkey) - Vice-Rector for Educational Activities Professor Mustafa Celen, Secretary General, Associate Professor Murat Arisal, Vice-Rector for scientific work by Professor Hasan Korkut, Director General of the Office for International Relations and Academic Cooperation at Marmara University.

During the meeting the information about the two universities was presented, the possibility of their joint work was discussed and the areas that would begin a closer partnership between the two universities were agreed upon.

Discussed the development of double degree educational programs between the Institute for History and Law of Abai University and Marmara University, in addition, the rectors of the two universities signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

For your information, Marmara University and Abai University have been cooperating since 2018. During this period, more than 200 graduate students of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University have completed internships at Marmara University.
