«Open Doors Day» in Court № 2 of Medeu district of Almaty

On March 24, 2022, in the court № 2 of Medeu district of Almaty city an «Open Doors Day» was held with the participation of 2-3 years law students of the Institute of History and Law of Abai KazNPU.

The purpose of the event was to show the work of the courts in practice, to answer topical questions of students and to explain the work of lawyers in general. The Chairperson of the court Malikova A.Sh. and the head of the clerkship Begmanov A.A. informed the students about the court proceedings and gave the detailed description of how court trials are conducted.

Students actively participated in the discussion, focusing on the principles of the CPC of the RK applied in the main court proceedings, they asked questions.

Such meetings with actual practitioners of the judicial system are necessary for future jurists and are very important for the education of society and the training of sectoral specialists, the clear execution of the RK legislation and the prevention of legal errors, which sometimes have fatal consequences.
