Scientific seminar «Concept of the legal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030»

On April 22, 2021, as part of the «Month of Science - 2021», a scientific seminar «The concept of legal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030» was held online, organized by members of the Department of «Jurisprudence» of the Institute of History and Law of Abai KazNPU (responsible: A. R. Bizhanova, E. P. Kenzhibekova).

E.A. Buribayev, Head of the Jurisprudence Department, opened the seminar by emphasising the importance of the legal concept. Then the speeches were delivered by: Professor of Al-Farabi KazNU B.A. Zhetpisbaev - «Administrative Procedural Code under the Concept of Legal Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030», professor of Abai KazNPU B.H. Toleubekova - «Conceptual Priorities in the field of Criminal Procedure Law», professor of Abai KazNPU B.A. Taitoibekova - «Criminal Procedure Code». B.A. Taitorina - «Anti-corruption in the framework of the Concept of Legal Policy», associate professor of Abai KazNPU A.R. Bizhanova - «State Policy in the field of combating crime».

The event was concluded with an exchange of views on the issues raised in the presentations by the legal scholars.
