Methodological aspects of adaptive
leadership of future teachers

On October 25, 2021 at 11.00, the department of disciplines of the pedagogical cycle at the university (the department of pedagogy) held a university-wide scientific and methodological online seminar on the topic: «Methodological aspects of adaptive leadership of future teachers».

Speaker - Professor Korlan Zhampeisova presented to participants of the event interesting materials about adaptive leadership, its characteristics, forms and methods of forming adaptive leadership in students, design thinking, synergetic approach in higher education.

The discussion focused on the components of adaptive leadership, such as self-development, self-organization and self-realization.

The seminar was attended by scientists and teachers from al Farabi KazNU, Kazakh Abylai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages , KazNWTTU, Abai KazNPU, teachers of schools in Nur-Sultan, Semey cities, and also, doctoral students, masters and students.
