A scientific seminar in the field of land relations

On November 29, 2019, at the auditorium 601, there was held a scientific seminar on»Current problems in the field of land relations», organized by the Department of «Jurisprudence» of the Institute of history and law of Abai KazNPU. Presentations were made by the Director of the Legal company «LLP Bazarbek&Partners» Bakhytzhan Bazarbek, the legal representatives of the organization mothers «Gibrat» Bagira Ussen and Amankul Balkibekova and the 4th year student of the specialty «Jurisprudence» Erbol Cajiomar. The speakers considered current issues of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the provision of land for large mothers, as well as emerging environmental problems in Kazakhstan.

At the end of the scientific seminar, head of the Department «Jurisprudence» Buribayev Ermek Abiltayevich made a report on topical aspects ofland legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
