Memorandum of Cooperation signed

January 28, rector of KazNPU Takir Balykbayev, director of the Institute of History and Law Bolat Zhumagulov and head of the «Aytılgan tarih» Center Mambet Koygeldiev visited the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A special excursion took place, during which the guests were presented a historical and documentary exhibition of the most important documents from the period of Independence of Kazakhstan from the Archive funds - «The Era of Independence». The central place in the exposition of the exhibition is given to the book of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev.

Representatives of the University visited the archives, where historical rarities are stored. In the laboratory building they presented stations for digitizing archival documents and creating microfiches for an insurance fund, a publishing complex, equipment for pre-processing documents received for state storage in the Archive. In the reading room, guests were shown the capabilities of an electronic reading room, in which researchers can work with digitized documents, which speeds up the search for necessary information.

Copies of documents on the history of the university of the period of the 30s of the last century and the reader «History of Kazakhstan. Documents and materials (1917-2012)», published by the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2017 and recommended by the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Okulyk» of the MES RK for study in the preparation of bachelors in higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan.

During the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Archive of the President of Kazakhstan and KazNPU.
