Legal problems in post-Soviet countries and ways of solving them

On November 16, 2022 the Department of Jurisprudence of the Institute of History and Law conducted an international scientific conference "National legal systems of post-Soviet countries: current transformation models and ways of their improvement" by videoconference. The event was attended by scientists from Abai KazNPU, Tashkent State University of Law (Uzbekistan), Y. Kupala State University of Grodno (Belarus).

The conference was opened by E.A.Buribayev, vice-rector for research activities of Abai KazNPU. Actual issues of constitutional law, criminal law and procedure, electoral law, copyright, tax legislation and others were discussed. The staff of the Department of Jurisprudence expresses great gratitude to colleagues from Grodno University: Dean of the Faculty, Associate Professor S.E.Cheburanova; Associate Professors L.Y.Abramchik, I.A.Moiseeva and V.S.Sorkin; Professors of Tashkent University O.Z.Mukhamedjanov, Sh.A.Khuzhaev, I.T.Tulteev, H.M.Abzalova for fruitful cooperation and wished further joint scientific achievements!
