Evening in memory of Mukhamedzhan Tynyshbayev

On October 20, 2022 in the small conference hall of the main academic building of Abai KazNPU, deputy director of the Institute of History and Law for educational and social work Manapov Nurlan and members of the student council held a presentation of the documentary film «Mukhamedzhan Tynyshbayev - the project of the century» about the prominent Kazakh politician and public figure. A multifaceted personality, he was one of the founders of the Alash movement, a member of the Alashorda government, a historian-scientist and engineer-constructor of the first Kazakh railway.

Guests of the evening were Shyngys Nurlanov - Vice-Rector for Social Development;

Gabit Kenzhebayev - Director of Institute of History and Law; Gulbanu Zhugenbayeva - professor of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, President of the M. Tynyshbayev Foundation, film consultant; Zhunisova Nurshaken, niece of Mukhamedzhan Tynyshbayev; Zhanabek Zheturov - film director, honored worker of Kazakhstan, Zhanabek Zheturov - film director, Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan, winner of many international film festivals; Bazargul Abuldina - scriptwriter and producer of the film;

Rustem Aitov - executive director of M.Tynyshbayev Foundation, administrator of the film. Presentations were made and the full version of the documentary was shown.

Teachers and students of the Institute of History and Law took an active part in the event. After viewing the film students asked questions and got necessary answers. The meeting was held at a very high level and the guests were presented with flowers and gifts.
