Meeting with first-year students

On September 3, 2022, teaching staff and students of the Department of «History of Kazakhstan named after Academician T.S. Sadykov» of the Institute of History and Law organized a meeting to connect with first-year students, masters and doctoral students of the Department. The purpose of the meeting was to inform the new students about the ability to adapt and prepare for academic activities.

The meeting was opened by the Deputy Director of the Institute for Academic Affairs Asymova D.B., who warmly welcomed the students. Head of the Department B.O. Dzhangutin explained to the students the special features of the department and educational programs, academic policy and academic calendar of the institute. Prof. M.K.Koigeldiev, the famous scientist of Kazakhstan, academician of the National Academy of Sciences, congratulated the students, shared his thoughts and urged them to be honest and interested in quality education. Other professors of the department also spoke during the meeting and explained the rules of internal discipline and requirements for student learning activities. During the meeting, active students and Masters students of the department expressed their opinions and shared interesting memories of their student life. They mentioned their active participation in the social life of the institute and the importance of spending their student time effectively.

The meeting was organized and conducted at a high level.
