Department of Jurisprudence of the Institute of History and Law organized guest lectures

On April 28, 2022, the Department of Jurisprudence of the Institute of History and Law, in the framework of the introduction of new educational products, together with the partner organization - Tashkent State Law University, organized guest lectures for teachers and students of the Institute. The topics of the guest lectures covered topical issues of human rights protection at the level of international and national law. The spring round of guest lectures of specialists in the field of law of the Republic of Uzbekistan was organized by Professor of the Department Taitorina B.A.

The guest lecture of A.Z.Mukhamedzhanov, Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department of International Law and Human Rights of the Tashkent State Law University on the topic «Constitutional justice: the experience of foreign countries (European, American, Asian models)» aroused intense interest of the audience. Numerous questions of students and undergraduates concerned topical issues of constitutional justice in the paradigm of modern problems of constitutional reforms in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other countries of the world. The guest lecture by U.A.Sherkhanova, a lecturer of this department, on the topic «International and constitutional foundations for the protection of human rights» was saturated with information about legal mechanisms for the protection of human rights and was accompanied by a discussion of the lecturer with students.
