International scientific and practical conference «Development of legal science of Independent Kazakhstan»

On December 24, 2021, the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Development of Legal Science of Independent Kazakhstan» dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of our country was held at the Department of «Jurisprudence» of the Institute of History and Law of Abai KazNPU.

The Vice-rector for Research Ermek Buribayev, as well as Director of the Institute of History and Law Adil Dzhunusov and head of the Department of «Jurisprudence» Bakytgali Koshpenbetov delivered a welcoming speech.

Invited speakers made presentations: Chairman of the Medeu District Court No. 2 of Almaty Aigul Malikova - «Three-tier model of criminal proceedings of the Republic of Kazakhstan»; Judge of the Bostandyk district Court No. 2 of Almaty Kuanysh Terlikbayev - «Fundamentals of the application of punishment in the form of involvement in correctional labor in penal law»; The judge of the specialized interdistrict Administrative court Ulan Kazhyken - «Problems of reconciliation with the state body within the framework of administrative justice». They also answered questions from participants at the event.

The work of the conference continued according to the sections stated in the program, at which the reports of the faculty of the Department of «Jurisprudence» were presented and discussed.
