Training «How to deal with excitement and aggression»

On December 11, 2021, a training seminar «How to deal with excitement and aggression» was held, organized by the senior lecturer of the Department of History of Kazakhstan named after Academician T. S. Sadykov of the Institute of History and Law, A.U. Abdykalykov.

Alimbekova Anar, associate Professor of the Institute of Psychology and Pedagogy, was invited as a special guest. She talked about the causes of anxiety mood and aggressive behavior, shared her views with students and gave practical advice on how to avoid and deal with these manifestations, conducted explanatory work on this topic. The event was attended by about 100 students. Many of them shared their opinions and personal experiences in dealing with anxiety and aggression.
