The Constitution is the basis for the development of an independent state

On August 27, 2021, on the eve of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of History of Kazakhstan named after Academician T.S. Sadykov of the Institute of History and Law held a conference on the topic «The Constitution is the basis of independent state building» online through the ZOOM platform. The head of the department, Zhangutin Bauyrzhan, congratulated the students and invited guests on the 26th anniversary of the Basic Law of our country, noting the importance of his articles for the development of Kazakhstani society. The lecturer of the department B. Uteuliyeva made a report «Inventory of true history is the task of independent Kazakhstan».

The event was attended by representatives of the Youth faction of Kazakhstan, the head of the Department of the Penitentiary System in Almaty, Colonel of Justice Darkhan Kanatbekov, who made a presentation «legal foundations of independence. Rule of law and civil society», as well as an employee of the Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty city Gulnur Doskhanova and others. Students of 2-3 courses of the Institute of History and Law asked questions of interest to law enforcement officers and received clear answers.
