On heroism, patriotism, features of national education

On February 21, an interesting meeting was held with the students of the specialties «Initial military training» and «Physical culture and sport» at which the discussion was about Bauyrzhan Momyshuly. The hero of the Great Patriotic War, an outstanding person in the history of Kazakhstan, a talented commander, military expert, tactician and strategist. In peacetime, he was a wonderful writer. 

His books are permeated with patriotism. They were the first literary works of the military genre in the history of the country. This is the legacy that Bauyrzhan Momyshuly left to the future generation. Heroism, patriotism, peculiarities of national education were discussed at the meeting with Zeynep Akhmetova, daughter-in-law of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly. She shared her life history, experience of communication with Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, said that all her impressions of those meetings were recorded in a diary, which was later published under the name «Shuakty Kunder». There are two continuations of this book - «Babalar Amanati» and «Kүretamır». During the meeting, students received answers to their questions and learned a lot about the life, military exploits and writings of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly.
