Lecture on the prevention of measles

Due to the frequent prevalence of measles in the country recently, in order to implement the order of the rector of the University on conducting awareness-raising work among all employees of structural divisions and students, on December 5, 2023, at the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Balgimbekov Sh. A. held a lecture with 3rd year students in offline and online format with the 1st year students produced.

Professor explained to the students the causes of the incidence of "measles" this year, the source and ways of transmission of infection, clinical signs and dangerous complications of cesarean section. According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, today it is known that more than 19 thousand people suffer from measles, more than 82 percent of them are children, most of them are not vaccinated against this disease.

During the lecture-meeting, Shamshidin Abdullayevich gave students specific advice on preventing this dangerous epidemic and other infectious diseases, taking a responsible attitude to their health, emphasizing the need for timely vaccination of children in one reliable and effective way to prevent measles.
