Master class in project management

On November 03, 2020, the Department of music education and choreography of the Institute of arts, culture and sports held a master class (Workshop) of the winner of the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Foundation, head of the project office «Rukhani Kazyna" under the Ministry of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gaukhar Tasbergenova.

The event was organized in an online format by teacher Bolatkhan Nazymgul for students of the 1st-2nd year of the educational program 6B11102 «Cultural and leisure work» within the framework of the discipline «Project management».

The interactive lecture covered the issues of creating creative and cultural projects, project management techniques, project risk management, working with stakeholders and the project lifecycle.
