Winter Spartakiad «Densaulyk kni»

In the period from January 10 to January 12 at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, the winter Spartakiad «Densaulyk Kuni» was held among teachers and staff.

Competitions were held at the stadium «Spartak». The program of competitions included 7 sports: skiing, speed skating, tug-of-war, chess, table tennis, volleyball, mini-football.

Teaching staff of the Departments of Chemistry, Biology and Geography of the Institute of Natural Science and Geography took an active part in the event. Members of our team showed restraint, perseverance, team spirit, the desire to win in each sport.

Such events attract to an active, healthy lifestyle and contributes to the cohesion of the team.

According to the results of the competition, the team of the Institute of Natural Science and Geography took the second place both in ski racing and in rope pulling.
