Baldauren Bilgiri-2022 Republican Contest of Research Papers and Social Projects

Republican contest of research works and social projects «Baldauren Bilgiri -2022» for pupils of 2-8 classes was held on June 7-8, 2022 in the Republican Training and Recreation Centre «Baldauren» in Kunayev town.

Teachers of the Institute of Natural History and Geography of Abai KazNPU were on the jury to judge schoolchildren research projects. In the «Natural Science» section senior teachers Zhaksibayeva Zhanar, Kaldybekova Raziya, Kulzhanova Dina analyzed students` works on chemistry, biology and geography. Winners of the contest, which was very interesting and informative, were awarded diplomas and prizes. The best participant received a voucher to rest in the Baldaurren training and recreation centre.

The competition, which lasted two days, saw very valuable research projects being presented. In particular, works on «High-tech methods of agriculture», «Forage harvesting using seeds of durum wheat», «Technologies of waste processing» were especially appreciated by the jury and got prizes. The Grand Prix was won by young scientist Yesenzhan Rayymbek, who dedicated his scientific research to a high-tech method of agriculture that combines aquaponics (growing aquatic animals) and hydroponics (growing plants without soil).
