A republican online seminar «Methodological techniques for solving problems in chemistry» 

On December 29, 2021, the marketing department of the «Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography» of Abai KazNPU held a republican online seminar «Methodological techniques for solving problems in the discipline «Chemistry»: redox reactions, a number of electrochemical potentials, galvanic cells, electrolysis». The event was attended by about 70 chemistry teachers of secondary schools, gymnasiums, lyceums from many regions of the country: Atyrau, Almaty, Turkestan, Kostanay, Aktobe, East Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda, North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar regions, cities of Almaty, Arkalyk and others.

The seminar was opened by the director of the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography, Professor Kaimuldinova Kulyash. Head of the Marketing Department, senior lecturer Beikitova Albina informed chemistry teachers about the rules and requirements for admission to master`s and doctoral studies, the necessary documents, types of certificates in English, their threshold points, advanced training courses organized by the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography of Abai KazNPU. Senior lecturer Chinibayeva Nurzhan held a master class on the topic: «Methodological techniques for solving problems in the discipline «Chemistry»: redox reactions, a number of electrochemical potentials, galvanic cells, electrolysis». Explained the methodological techniques for the correct solution of problems on the discipline.

Topical questions on the updated content of education were discussed and full answers were given. The participants of the seminar shared their opinions, made suggestions, and expressed gratitude to the organizers. Тhe republican online seminar was held at a high methodological level.
