Within the framework of international cooperation and business development in the field of education and science between Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and universities in the country and abroad, the Institute of Natural Science and Geography in December 2016  was comducted professional development course to rate of improvement of professional skills of academic staff, doctoral, masters and bachelors  students on theme:"Natural aspects of sustainable development in Central Asia", which was made by lecturer, doctor of georaphical sciences, professor Temirbek Chodurayev of  I. Arabayev Kyrgyz State University.

 
      Also, has been a course of lecture of doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor of V.G. Suslov of A.I. Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University, on the theme: "Modern trends of modernization of school geographical education. General questions school geography teaching methods ".
