Students promote the heritage of A. Baitursynov

On October 16, 2023, under the organisation of the head of the A.Baitursynov Centre Roza Bakbergenova, the teaching staff of the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature named after Academician S.Kirabayev of the Institute of Philology (Gulbanu Kosymova, Zhanalyk Baltabaeva, Kalbike Esenova, Ayman Koblanova, Saule Nurgali, Mayra Junus, Katira Balabekova)and students planted a juniper tree and various flowers in the courtyard of the house-museum of the Alash figure, the founder of Kazakh linguistics Akhmet Baitursynuly. Director of the Institute Alua Tanzharykova noted that this event is a continuation of respect for the teacher of the nation and added that this good deed is an example for our youth. Students read excerpts from the works of the teacher of the nation and their poems dedicated to A. Baitursynuly, also during this event the head of the museum Raihan Imakhanbet held a cognitive lecture on the life and work of the great historical figure of Kazakhstan. Deputy on scientific affairs of institute Almas Naimanbaev noted that studying of works of the outstanding scientist and the statesman is a task of youth. Head of the department, Professor Nagima Ilyasova thanked the administration of the museum, noting that in the future this relationship will deepen.
