Competition "Startup Battle"

The Startup Battle competition was held on November 15, 2024 at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University among 4th-year students of the 6B05301 - Chemistry program as part of the "Chemical Technology" course. The primary goal of the innovative startup project competition was to develop students` innovative thinking and research skills. Each project offered a unique opportunity to address pressing issues in chemical technology while improving ecological and economic efficiency.

The ideas presented in the competition are expected to contribute to the future development of the country`s industry and science. The event also promoted the development of critical thinking, teamwork, and presentation skills.

The winners of the competition were the 4th-year students of Group 5 from the 6B05301 - Chemistry program, with their outstanding innovative project titled "Smart Fertilizers". These projects encouraged students to integrate critical thinking with new technologies in education. The competition among 4th-year students was organized by 2nd-year master`s students and the senior lecturer of the Department of Chemistry, PhD  Asem Uzakova.
