Webinar for undergraduates «Working with scientometric data»

On April 7, 2022, within the framework of the Decade of Science, a webinar «Working with scientometric data» was held for undergraduates. The organizers are senior lecturer Issaliyeva Saule and first year doctoral student Akhmetov Adilet, educational program «Pedagogy and Psychology».

The event participants discussed scientometric indicators of publication activity, the possibilities of the international Scopus database, citation methods and types of borrowings in scientific publications.

During the discussion, a constructive dialogue took place, the audience received answers to questions and expressed a keen interest in the topic of the webinar. A similar format can be used in the educational and scientific activities of students and undergraduates.
