XI Summer Universiade of the Republic of Kazakhstan in SAMBO

On May 2-6, 2021, the XI Summer Universiade of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Sambo among students was held in Turkestan, 12 teams from the country`s universities took part in the competition.

The purpose of the competition: to promote a healthy lifestyle, the development of sambo, to educate young people in the spirit of friendship and mutual understanding, to form a team for the upcoming international competitions.

Our team took 2nd place. Students of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports, who contributed to the victory of our team, performed and became winners and received tickets to the upcoming international competitions. The team is being coached by a master of sports of international class senior teacher Sagyndykov Zhomart
