Abai KazNPU student won Kazakhstan sambo championship

The RK Sambo Championship among men and women has come to an end in Taldykorgan. The main goal of the competition, held on February 24-28, 2021, is to form teams for the World Championship and the Asian Games to be held in autumn of this year.

Over 450 athletes in 10 weight categories attended the tournament. The second-year student of the specialty "Physical culture and sport" of the Kazan National Pedagogical University named after Abenova Arailym +80 kg was the winner and won a ticket upcoming international competitions. Abenova Arailym trains under the guidance of Honored Trainer of the Republic of Kazakhstan, teacher of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports Saidakov Erkin.
