Round table «Prospects for pre-school education and upbringing in the context of digitalization»

On February 22, 2022, the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology held a round-table discussion on the educational program of preschool education, social pedagogy and self-knowledge entitled «Prospects for preschool education and upbringing in the context of digitalization». The aim was to explore new approaches to improve the quality of pre-school education in the context of digitalisation of the updated content of education.

The welcome speech was delivered by Ulbosyn Kyyakbayeva, Head of the Educational Program. Aktoty Akzholova, Head of Department for Organization and Support of Educational Work of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, and Abay Duisenbayev, Head of Department for Science, Monitoring and International Cooperation, wished the participants of the event a successful work.

During the round table the following people shared their experiences: Roza Sadykova, Chairperson of the Association of Non-Governmental Organizations of Education of Kazakhstan, Maria Syzdykova, founder of the Nursery-kindergarten Nur bobegi LLP, Baktygul Atabekova, an employee of the Institute for Development of Education of the Republican Association of Private Educational Organizations, Zhakypbai Zhansaya, a teacher at the Issyk Economic and Humanitarian College, Karlygash Usenova, methodologist at the Azima Kindergarten. Professors Aksaule Mankesh, Almagul Aitpaeva, and Galiya Taubayeva, Dean of the Faculty of Pre-University Education for Foreigners (Foundation), expressed their opinions on the topic.

Ulbosyn Kyyakbayeva highlighted the topical issues of close cooperation with private and public kindergartens. After thanking the participants, she noted that the meeting would be memorable not only for its informative content but also for its novelty.
