Graduated from high school in Kyzylorda, university and graduate university in Almaty. Finished the master`s degree in Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Abylai khan, then doctoral student of KazNPU named after Abay. Teaches at KazNPU.

Has more than 100 published scientific works. Combines scientific and teaching activities.
