International Scientific and Practical Conference «Contemporary Historical Science: Problems of Local Lore, Regional and Local History»

On November 24, 2021 the Department of World History of the Institute of History and Law organized online and offline International Scientific and Practical Conference «Modern Historical Science: problems of local lore, regional and local history» dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the famous teacher, historian, professor of Abai KazNPU, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Zhumagulov Bolat Sagidollayevich.

The event was moderated by the director of the Institute of History and Law, Dzhunusov Adil.

The Chairman of the Board of Abai KazNPU - rector Darkhan Bilyalov, Chairman of the Board of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University - rector, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Tlektes Espolov, professor of Altai State University, Yulia Lysenko, chief of staff of Atyrau University named after H. Dosmukhamedov - Gulfayruz Kayrgalieva, Deputy Director of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve «Saraishyk» - Aibek Turaruly, Head of the Institute of History of the State of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Gani Karasayev, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Gabit Kenzhebayev, professor of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Turganzhan Tulebayev, professor of the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabayev, doctor of Historical Sciences - Kaan Aydarkul took part in the conference and sent their congratulations.

During the conference a presentation of the monograph «Surkiya sayasat soyqany» carried out, that published as part of the research project «History of the Atyrau region (from ancient times to the present)» under the supervision of the scientist B.S. Zhumagulov.
