Results of the expressive reading competition «Men omirdi zhirlau ushin kelgenmin»

According to the plan of events of Abai KazNPU at the faculty for foreign citizens and pre-university training from February 18 to 24, 2021, among the listeners of pre-university training a competition in expressive reading «Men omirdi zhirlau ushin kelgenmin», dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Mukagali Makatayev was held. The results of the creative competition were summed up online on 24 February.

The contest was held in two directions: performance of the poem of the poet and author`s dedication «Arnau for Poet». Around 40 audience members took part in the event.

As a result of competition Akmolda Dulat took the first place for professional skill in expressive reading, second place - Chingilbaeva Diana and Turgynbek Symbat, third place - Eskeldy Meruert, Dauletbek Botagoz and Kuntugan Dias. For excellence in the nomination «Arnau for Poet» diploma of the first degree was awarded to Saylybai Zhantursyn, diploma of the second degree to Murat Karlygash and Bagdat Lyailya, diploma of the third degree to Mergenbai Ayaulym, Zholdasbek Fariza and Mraliev Asylbek. Letters of appreciation for the expressive reading of poetry by M. Makatayev were awarded to 14 students.

Yerzhan Kosbarmakov, Chairman of the Jury, Chief Specialist of the University Education, Social Work and Youth Policy Department, honoured artist of Kazakhstan, the winner of «Daryn» youth award, and Dariga Satemirova, Senior Lecturer of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education, highly appreciated the skills of young performers.
