29.10.2020 A master class with the famous scientist-geographer and traveler Ordenbek Blisbekovich
From 26 to 28 October 2020, a three-day master class entitled "Pedagogical importance of environmental activities in tourism local history" was held at the Institute of Natural Sciences and Geography of Abai KazNPU.
The speaker of the master class - Professor, member of a scientific expedition to Antarctica to the 20th anniversary of Independence, scientific and cognitive tour "On the caravan route of Shokan Ualikhanov", dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the great Kazakh scientist, as well as many international expeditions - Mazbayev Orderenbek.
The event was opened by Professor Kulyash Kaimuldinova, Director of the Institute of NSG, Doctor of Science.

The trainees were also shown excerpts of films from expeditions where the participant is Ordenbek Mazbayev himself.
In particular, the project "24 Sagat Tabigat kushaguinda". This project consists of 15 episodes of adventure character, the purpose of which is to show viewers the sacred sites of Kazakhstan, which today are unknown to many and remain in the depths of history. Next, a documentary film "Expedition to the South Pole (Antarctica)" (108 hours) about the Kazakh expedition to Antarctica, where three cars have overcome almost two and a half thousand kilometres. And finally, video from the scientific and cognitive expedition to the city of Kashgar "On the caravan route of Shokan Ualikhanov", dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the great Kazakh scientist.
Following the demonstration, the speaker gave consultations to improve the professional skills of specialists in tourism.
The last day of the master class was devoted to how the scientific apparatus of research is formed, the topics of scientific research of graduate courses, undergraduates and PhD doctoral students.
