For several years, Oralgul Abdialiyevna Zhailaubaeva heads Human Resources Department.

The department maintains personnel records of all structural divisions of the university, solves production issues in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, controls compliance with internal labor standards. An important part of the department`s work is the selection, placement, rational use and formation of the personnel reserve, preparation of the necessary documents for personnel certification.
